Managing 110 campaigns across Google and Meta to continuously fill enrollment pipelines for a leading adult education provider.
HIDRA Adult Education Center is one of Hungary's leading adult education institutions, offering vocational training, further education, certified courses, and corporate training programs tailored to labor market needs.
For the HIDRA Training Center, one of the most important marketing challenges was continuously engaging potential students and increasing the number of enrollments. Competition is fierce in the adult education market, and the target audience is extremely diverse — from individuals considering a career change to employees seeking professional development. The goal was not only to drive website traffic but to acquire as many high-quality leads and applicants as possible, while continuously building trust and awareness.
Channels used: 24 Google Ads campaigns (PMax, Search, Display) · 86 Meta campaigns (LeadGen, Sales, Traffic, Remarketing)
On Meta platforms, the primary goal of the campaigns was to generate interest and reach potential students. Since users often aren't actively searching for a specific course yet, Facebook and Instagram provide an opportunity to showcase the benefits, career opportunities, and attainable knowledge in an inspiring, attention-grabbing format. Visual creatives, videos, and student stories help the target audience recognize the potential in the courses and start their journey of interest.
Remarketing also plays a crucial role. Targeted messages are shown to users who have visited the website, inquired about a course, or interacted with the brand. This is especially important in the education market, where the decision is often the result of a longer process. Remarketing continuously reminds prospects of enrollment opportunities, upcoming start dates, and course benefits.
In the Google Ads system, we primarily target users actively searching for training, courses, or specific professional development opportunities. Search campaigns allow HIDRA to appear in front of potential students exactly when they are looking for concrete information about a given profession or course. This is highly effective for reaching high-intent prospects.
As part of the Google strategy, we use both Performance Max (for broader reach across the Google network) and targeted Search campaigns (built around specific course names, professions, and search intents). This two-step approach simultaneously builds course awareness, acquires new prospects, and effectively engages those who are close to making a decision.
