Professional Website for the Hotel Industry with NextJs

Villa Bauhaus is a selection of luxury apartments in Siófok, located near the Petőfi promenade, offering access to an exclusive rooftop wellness center. The property features 14 stylish apartments, providing an unforgettable experience on the shores of Lake Balaton.

The biggest challenge of this project was managing the apartments as individual units while also promoting and reserving them as part of a single entity. To achieve this effectively, we implemented the Channel Manager and an integrated booking system, ensuring that each apartment had maximum visibility and was bookable within the entire unit.

The benefits of the Channel Manager and the integrated direct booking system on the website are numerous. These tools allow for efficient management of bookings from platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, etc., in one place, ensuring constant calendar updates. Additionally, for direct bookings, the elimination of commissions is a significant advantage, and the booking process can be fully managed and monitored, offering better control and a transparent, optimized experience.
