GoBeyond Travel is an experience-based travel agency organizing special, active, and authentic trips worldwide — surf, ski, motorcycle, and adventure tours. Their focus is on unique experiences, discovering local cultures, and community travel.

The Challenge

Increasing online visibility and accurately targeting the adventure-seeking community posed significant challenges. The core challenge was developing and implementing an effective digital marketing strategy that reaches their target audience: lovers of unique travel. This included identifying the most effective digital channels, creating relevant and engaging content, and optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and ROI — all while maintaining brand authenticity.

For GoBeyond, potential clients often do not search for a specific destination but rather look for special experiences, adventures, and trips of a lifetime. Facebook and Instagram are ideal tools to present individual tours and expeditions through spectacular images, videos, and storytelling creatives.

In the Meta campaign structure, communication is built around specific divisions — Roads Division, Outdoor Division, Snow Division, Surf Division, Driving Adventures, and DMC services — ensuring that each target audience encounters highly relevant content. The campaigns simultaneously serve to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and stimulate quote requests. Additionally, remarketing campaigns re-engage users who have previously shown interest in a trip or service.

Google Ads Campaigns

In the Google Ads system, the primary focus is on reaching users with high purchase intent. Search campaigns are shown to those actively looking for motorcycle tours, adventure tours, ski expeditions, surf trips, or corporate travel services. These campaigns allow GoBeyond to appear at the exact moment a potential client is looking for specific information or planning a trip.

The Search campaigns are complemented by Performance Max campaigns, which provide visibility across the entire Google ecosystem — Search, YouTube, Gmail, Discover, and the Display Network. This is especially important for GoBeyond because the decision-making process for premium adventure tours is longer, and potential clients often interact with the brand multiple times before contacting them or booking.
